By accessing or using ImgNest (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ImgNest provides image hosting and sharing. Users upload images via our API or web interface. Uploaded images are accessible via direct URL. We do not provide accounts, authentication, or private storage.
3. User Content
You retain full ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload it
- The content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights)
- The content does not contain malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We do not review, screen, monitor, or endorse user content.
4. No Liability for User Content
We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users. We do not assume any liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from user-uploaded content. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content.
5. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to support@img.rj1.dev with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
We will process valid takedown requests promptly. We may disable access to allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe any intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Abuse the API through excessive automated requests beyond the stated rate limit
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
7. Right to Remove Content
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms, legal requests, or abuse prevention. We are not liable for any removal of content.
8. Availability and Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, reliability, or that the Service will meet your expectations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgNest, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
10. Rate Limits and Abuse
The Service enforces rate limits (currently 100 requests per hour per IP). Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent blocking. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
